Buchanan Park Recreation Center
The Evergreen Park & Recreation District's rec center in Buchanan Park: leisure pool with slide, lap lanes, hot tub and sauna, a 41-foot climbing pinnacle, fitness area and drop-in Playschool.
One of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District’s two recreation centers. The district lists a leisure pool with a slide, two lap lanes, a hot tub and dry sauna, a 3,200-square-foot cardio and weights area, an indoor cycling room, a freestanding 41-foot climbing pinnacle, two meeting rooms, a patio and the Playschool drop-in child care.
The pool closes 30 minutes before the center. Children 9 to 12 need a paying adult with them in the weight room; 13 to 15 year olds can book an orientation to use it alone.
